Cranberry Orange Christmas Shake
8 oz coconut or almond milk (I used a almond/coconut milk blend)
2 scoops of Young Living Balance Complete or Power Meal
1 frozen banana (if you want it really cold)
1/2 cup fresh organic cranberries
5-6 drops of Young Living orange essential oil
Blend all in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy. The cranberries will still have small pieces of skin that will not be completely incorporated. Delicious!
