Ginger Citrus Fruit Salad
1 pink grapefruit
1 inch ginger root
1 tsp honey (optional)
3-4 drops YL Tangerine essential oil
Peel and divide fruit into bite sized pieces, removing seeds and tough fibers. Use any combination of citrus fruits that you have on hand. Finely grate or mince ginger root and add to the fruit. Drizzle with the honey, if using, and add the tangerine oil to suit your taste. Mix thoroughly and chill for 1 hour to blend the flavors. Delicious and full of immune boosting properties.
Variation: Add blueberries or strawberries for added color and flavor.
