This will rival any McDonald's shake and it is so much healthier. Full of protein, a full spectrum of nutrients and enzymes, this shake is a meal replacement.
Shamrock Mint Protein Shake
1 frozen banana
8 oz coconut (or almond) milk
2 scoops Young Living Balance Complete or Power Meal powder
1 Tbsp maca powder (optional)
2-3 drops YL peppermint essential oil
small handful of chocolate mint or other mint leaves
1/2 - 1 tsp spirulina powder or 1/2 cup of spinach leaves
Optional: 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder (this will make the shake less green, but it will taste like a peppermint paddy)
Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. No green food coloring needed. Enjoy!
