In the same way, when we eat foods with little nutritional value that often contain toxic chemicals and additives and we are bombarded by environmental pesticides, pollution and chaotic energies, our bodies become unsteady and dis-eased. Add stress and it's no wonder we are struggling to feel healthy.
We've all heard the benefits of specific items: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, iron, Omega 3 oil, green coffee beans, and we can tend to slap these on like a bandage over a gaping wound. One vitamin or even one essential oil cannot make up for weeks, months or years of poor habits and choices. I believe we need to see the bigger picture.
