As someone who has received and given dozens of raindrops, I absolutely love this combination of soothing movements and massage, and the vitaflex technique, which incorporates 9 essential oil singles and blends. Receiving a raindrop is an amazingly peaceful and yet energizing experience.
Essential oils are first applied to the soles of the feet using the vitaflex technique, and then these same 9 oils are applied to the back using a series of movements including feathering, fanning, tissue pulls, thumb rolls and other motions. The raindrop concludes with a hot compress being applied to the back, driving the oils in, further relaxing muscles and feeling incredible.
We will be having Raindrop training in the Pittsburgh area for those wishing to learn this technique to use with your own family or loved ones. The classes will be 3 hours in length and each participant will both give and receive a raindrop. Space is limited and the location is currently the Springhill Suites in Robinson Township (next to Sam's club). The location may change depending on the number of participants. More details will be emailed to each after registering. For more information, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
