I don't want to be unnecessarily hard on myself, but I am a bit disappointed in my follow through. Can anyone else relate? I am sure many of us begin a new "habit" thinking it will bring about great change and then we don't stick with it. We get busy, distracted, discouraged and maybe even sabotage our efforts because we are somewhat afraid of success. What if things really did change? What if we really did become healthier, more financially successful, a better worker? Would others expect more of us?
Why does the world spin? Why does spring follow winter? I guess there are some things that just are and there is no use trying to figure them out. What I can do though is to keep trying and striving. I can keep from getting stuck in wishing and keep working.

I plan to take a few days to step back and take a good look at my life, my goals and what the steps and routines are that will help me reach those successes. I will build in some times in my week to reevaluate, put reminders in my calendar, ask a friend to hold me accountable, and begin again.
So what do you wish was better? How would you like relationships, health or finances to improve? Despite the fact that you may have abandoned past attempts to create change, it is never too late to put together a plan for improvement. I know you can do it!
