I've tried some new recipes, some from the Clean Gut menus and others that I invented myself. Yesterday I made a spaghetti squash stir fry with ground lamb, vegetables and spices over the "spaghetti". It was very good and I had enough leftovers for today.
The clean gut program eliminates grains, dairy and all processed foods for 21 days, but includes more protein and healthy fats than I am used having in my diet. I think this will be good for me to experience. I have been adding my supplements as well, and will share more about these at another time. Taking enzymes, though, is critical, and I am adding three types of enzymes (Essentialzyme-4, Allerzyme & Detoxzyme)with meals and in between meals.

The first picture below shows the soup after reducing the liquid. Because my husband doesn’t like puréed soup, I only processed half of the soup. Both halves of the soup were incredibly good. The portion without the coconut milk has more intense flavor, which my husband really liked. The creamed portion has a more delicate flavor. This soup is excellent."
