Chia and hemp seeds are high in protein and are excellent for cleansing the colon, something we can all benefit from.
Mix the seeds and powders together to blend. Add liquid and stir with a whisk until all lumps of powder are broken up and incorporated into the liquid. Stir every two to three minutes for 10 minutes to keep the seeds from clumping as they become gelatinous. Add nuts and cherries and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until thickened.

Creamy Chocolate Mint Pudding
8 ounces coconut milk (can use almond)
2 scoops YL Power Meal (or Balance Complete)
2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1 ripe avocado, mashed lightly
1/2 - 1 banana (can be frozen)
2-4 drops YL peppermint essential oil and mint leaves if desired.
Put all into a blender and whirl until well mixed. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill.
Options: add flaked coconut, chopped nuts, raw cacao nibs, raisins or other toppings for a chocolate pudding sunday.
