Several of us have been creating, trying, and sharing recipes that utilize Young Living products and the Vitality essential oils. These have been delicious and a great alternative to less healthy foods that we have decided to remove from our diets. I'll share three of our favorites here, but you can find many more recipes and request a recipe booklet by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Young Living's Vitality essential oils contain the same oil that is in their regular essential oil bottles (i.e. Basil EO & Basil Vitality EO), however, this allows Young Living to register an essential oil as topical (Basil) and as a dietary supplement (Basil Vitality) which makes the FDA happy. Young Living never adulterates an essential oil whether it is for topical or internal use.
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup organic apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup honey mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 teaspoon black pepper
2-3 drops Young Living Lemongrass Vitality essential oil (or to taste)
4 drops Young Living Dill Vitality essential oil (or to taste)
Mix all ingredients in a glass jar.
Refrigerate for four hours or overnight before serving.
Note: Drop oils onto a spoon and stir in so you don't accidentally add too many drops.
