Chocolate Cinnamon Blueberry Shake
8 oz coconut milk
8 oz coconut water
1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
2 Tbsp cashew butter
1 scoop Power Meal protein powder from Young Living
1 & 1/2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
2 drops Young Living cinnamon bark essential oil
2 cups spinach or kale leaves (kale was a bit strong) OR 1 tsp spirolina
Pure YL Stevia plant extract, if desired for a sweeter taste (I did not use it)
Blend all until smooth and enjoy!
This shake has the fiber and cleansing elements from the Power Meal, while offering a delicious taste and lots of nutrients.
