Day three consisted of a longer morning session and an evening concert and dancing. The morning was filled with humor, as various leaders were "roasted" a little in the "Young Living Entertainment News". Gary Young talked about the qualities of a true leader, and executives Travis Ogden and Jared Turner shared highlights in regards to the growth and challenges faced by Young Living and the commitment to be a company of excellence. While I experienced the struggles with out of stock items and longer customer service wait times in the fall of 2013, seeing the graphs with the data was startling. Despite incredible growth over the last two years, Young Living's departments have managed to remedy the challenges and create excellent service even as rapid growth continues.

After 3 full days, we were happy to have a few hours off in the afternoon to relax, visit the product expo and reflect on what we had learned. The evening ended with a rousing concert, that I unfortunately did not get to attend, due to my son needing to fly out unexpectedly to a funeral. Grandma duty called and I answered.
Eric Worre has stated that the closest thing to a magic bullet in the network marketing profession is the destination event. I can certainly see how attending this convention Lights the Fire, and sends each of us home with more knowledge, passion and insight. Now it's up to us to use what we have learned and share with others.
