Today I decided that you might appreciate having some better instructions so I recreated the recipe (also to be sure it would really duplicate, and because I really liked it yesterday) and wrote down the measurements. Later in the day, I concocted another "more colorful" invention. Check that out at the bottom of this post.
8 oz coconut milk or coconut/almond blend (I used Silk)
2 scoops YL Power Meal
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 tsp real cinnamon powder
2 drops YL cinnamon bark oil
1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract
Blend all until smooth and then add:
1/2 ripe avocado
Blend again until smooth and thick. For an even thicker pudding, use more avocado, less coconut milk or canned coconut milk. I think this will have to be archived as a dessert.
Have you ever blended kale and fresh blueberries. This would make another "accidental" pudding, although not as creamy. Somehow the interaction between kale and fresh blueberries creates a gelatin type mixture. If you make a smoothie with these two and leave it in your glass or in a jar in the refrigerator for a while, you will have to use a spoon to eat it. It becomes a bit like jello, lumpy if you stir it again. I just thought I'd warn you.
Tonight I decided that I hadn't juiced some fresh veggies in a while and since it was getting late and I had just returned from the farmer's market, I gave my Breville a whirl. When all was in and spun, I stood in awe. Look at what I got! A rainbow. I am not sure I could really duplicate this so for right now I am just going to enjoy it.
